KeiperTech Model KT 20-120 & KT 20-220 Industrial Hydrogen Torch Systems

Introducing the KT 20-120 and KT 20-220, our most compact and portable system, set up to use regular 120v or 220v electricity.  All KeiperTech units are state-of-the-art, on-demand hydrogen-oxygen gas torch systems that takes water and splits it into hydrogen and oxygen gas at an extremely efficient rate. With efficiency being twice that of the leading competitor, you get twice the usable gas for the same amount of electrical power.

The extremely compact, light-weight design makes the unit very portable and easily transported.  System weight, filled with water, is 80 lbs.  Total dimensions with casters are 15 inches high x 12 inches wide and just 20 inches deep.

This machine’s output is fully adjustable from 1 – 20 liters per minute or 1 to 1200 liters per hour, which gives you the ability to use many different tip sizes and have a full range of flame sizes and tip pressures.

We even have an optional upgrade to make this unit dual operator ready! That’s right, this unit makes enough gas to support two users simultaneously! This upgrade will automatically sense what the operators are doing and adjust gas production accordingly, this keeps one user from effecting the other user.

This unit is remotely controlled by the operators torch handle, so when the user turns the torch off, the gas production stops at the machine but remains in cooling and standby mode until the user opens the torch handle and demands gas. Afterwards, the machine then resumes at the exact same rate as previously set. This keeps the user focused on the job at hand and not having to return to the machine to make adjustments.

We also included a current limiting feature that allows the user to switch from 15, 20, or 30 amp mode, depending on what power you have available at the location of use. For example, this keeps the operator from being able to trip a 15 amp breaker.

We included a very easily accessible drain valve right on the front, so when it is time to flush or drain the machine, it is as simple as turning a handle. This unit can be flushed in under 5 minutes and flushing is the only maintenance required.
